No Show & Cancellation Policy
When you schedule an appointment time, that time is specifically reserved for you. Once an appointment is scheduled, clients are responsible for full payment of that session. If you are unable to keep an appointment, cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. You will be charged the full fee for any missed appointments without 24 hour notice. To ensure proper payment in the event of a no-show and/or late cancellation, clients are requested to supply a credit card that will be kept on file.
